Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and overall store performance.
• Manage schedules and develop operational action plans.
• Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and proper stock levels.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate important information.
