Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work full-time, 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Model company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and adjust as needed to maintain position.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly information, milestones, and concerns.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
• Resolve store operational customer concerns in the absence of leadership.
• Identify hazards and maintain store equipment and signage.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise products neatly to maximize sales.
• Assist with payroll, budget, and loss control targets; train new employees.
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed with high customer service levels.
• Comply with company policies and protect confidential information.
