Job summary

Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Maryland to lead store operations, coach a team of associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll be a role model and partner with district leadership to ensure profitable store performance and adherence to company standards.

You will oversee customer service, cashier operations, receiving, and inventory accuracy while supporting staffing, training, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies and protecting assets.
• Provide guidance to supervisors to ensure customer service standards and smooth register flow.
• Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
