Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Maryland to lead all store operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of associates to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

You will oversee merchandising, operations, and service management, while partnering with district and regional teams to maximize results. The role requires a proven leader with communication and organizational skills to build a trusted, high-performing store environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budget and reporting.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; coach and develop the team.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budget management and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication among store, district and regional teams.
