Burlington Stores in Maryland-Waldorf is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the store team and drive results through outstanding customer service and professional supervision. You will model Burlington’s core values and develop strong partnerships with peers and staff.

You will coach and train Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors, Receiving team members and Supervisors, while overseeing operations to ensure excellent service and professionalism across the store.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and protecting assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and maintain smooth register flow.
• Manage overall operations and receiving SOPs.
