Lidl US is hiring Shift Leads in Cary, NC to oversee daily store operations, stock, cleanliness, bakery and non-food areas. You’ll serve as the store responsible person during shifts, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage deliveries, assist customers, train team members, and communicate clearly with management. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings, including weekends, and a proactive, team-first attitude.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Flexibility to start an early shift at 5am or finish a late shift at 11pm, including weekends.
• Positive attitude in the face of changing priorities.
• Friendly communication style with team and customers.
• Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Run assigned shifts as the store responsible person in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining a quick pace.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the store, including on registers.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift.
• Learn and assist in bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setup.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues to complete tasks.
