Lidl US is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations during assigned shifts, serving as the store's responsible person when management is absent. You will handle stocking, merchandising, cashier duties, cleaning, and bakery/produce tasks while delivering friendly, helpful customer service.

You’ll start at $18.50 per hour and must be able to lift 50 pounds, work early mornings or late nights (including weekends), with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Shifts start as early as 5am or finish as late as 11pm, including weekends.
• Positive attitude toward changing priorities.
• Friendly communication style with team and customers.
• Drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as store responsible person, run shifts in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Unpack stock as deliveries arrive, maintaining steady pace.
• Provide excellent customer service on registers and throughout the store.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift.
• Learn and perform tasks in bakery, produce, and weekly promotions.
• Communicate clearly with management to complete tasks as a team.
