Job summary

Lidl US is seeking a Shift Lead to help provide the Lidl shopping experience customers expect. You’ll participate in every part of store operations, from stocking and cleaning to bakery and merchandising, while leading shifts when managers are away.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced setting, communicate openly, and are passionate about delivering high-quality, low-price shopping with excellent service. Be ready for early mornings or late evenings, weekends included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches.
• Able to start an early shift at 5am or finish a late shift at 11pm, including weekends.
• Positive attitude toward changing priorities.
• Friendly communication style with team and customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As store responsible, lead shifts in the absence of managers to keep operations smooth.
• Unpack stock deliveries and maintain a quick pace on the floor.
• Provide excellent service on registers and store-wide assistance.
• Keep the entire store clean and organized during your shift.
• Learn bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setup tasks.
• Communicate clearly with management and teammates to complete tasks.
