Lidl US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to support the Store Manager in coaching the team and delivering Lidl’s high-quality, low-price shopping experience. You will lead by example, drive KPIs, handle daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 1–2 years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree, willingness to handle physical tasks, and flexibility to participate in store operations.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of management experience OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds.
• Readiness to participate in physical store operations daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and peak performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as the store’s point of contact for customers.
• Monitor and drive improvement of store KPIs.
• Lead weekly promotional sets and routine re-merchandising projects.
• Support cash handling, stocking, cleaning, and other essential tasks.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment in line with policy and law.
