Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Oversee daily tasks, assign duties, and support development.
• Act as leader on duty and address associate concerns.
• Execute merchandise strategies and ensure accurate displays.
• Manage store inventory, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash in compliance with policies.
• Maintain store standards and uphold Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and cycle counts.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment.
