Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support sales associates in merchandise handling and product knowledge.
• Oversee daily tasks and lead as the Leader on duty when required.
• Address associate concerns and administer feedback for performance reviews.
• Execute merchandising strategies, manage inventory, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support a safe, clean, and engaging store environment and brand standards.
• Ensure timely completion of cycle counts and assist with opening/closing procedures.
