Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years experience
• 1-3 of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and execute annual business growth plans, forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains and indirectly influences broader store team through coaching and development.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, implement floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Lead training initiatives, ensure teammates are trained and equipped to deliver elevated athlete experiences, and develop plans with teammates.
• Partner with Store Manager on staffing plans, oversee payroll and scheduling to meet budget goals and adapt to traffic and sales trends.
• Drive hiring strategies and make hiring decisions for supervisory roles.
