Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at a Westminster, MD store. You will drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service. The role requires travel to other GCNA locations for training and coverage needs.

You will oversee payroll, budgeting and inventory, and partner with support areas to achieve goals while upholding Goodwill values and community impact.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor to meet income, revenue and production goals.
• Monitor product levels and inventory to hit budget targets.
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Travel to other GCNA locations for support and training.
• Provide training and development for store team members.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Finance and other support areas to meet goals.
• Model Goodwill values and drive culture change.
