The role emphasizes customer service, community engagement, and adherence to Goodwill brand standards. The position requires a year of retail management and customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management is required.
• One-year customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalates situations when needed.
• Keeps store clean, well-kept, and aligned with the Goodwill brand.
• Partner with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission and value.
• Lead day-to-day store operations and train team members.
