Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Westminster, MD, to oversee store operations, drive sales, and manage a team including Assistant Store Managers, production staff, and donation attendants. The role focuses on people leadership, financial management, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes retail operations plans to meet income and production goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic donation plans.
• Monitors inventory levels to hit sales budgets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains clean, branded store environments.
• Partners with community organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
• Leads and develops a high-performing team.
