Qualifications

• Minimum of one year as assistant manager or two years as department manager with multi-department exposure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills.
• Perishable inventory management.
• Solid understanding of overall store operations.
• Proven ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Must be able to repeatedly stand and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director.
• Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor; manage cost controls.
• Communicate sales goals and department performance to staff.
• Lead training, development, and performance of store employees.
