Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Store Manager, General Manager, or similar in retail/hospitality/service.
• A High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Champion: foster outstanding service across the store.
• Operational Leadership: oversee total store operations with department managers.
• Inventory Management: manage daily store operations across perishable and non‑perishable areas; inspections for quality and standards.
• Inventory Guru: keep shelves organized, maintain cleanliness and safety; assist pricing and policy enforcement.
• Team Development: recruit, train, and develop associates; promote top talent.
• Sales and Performance Monitoring: track sales goals, monitor logs, reports, and labor costs.
• Customer Engagement: handle calls and inquiries professionally and report issues to district leadership.
