Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks an Operations Manager to lead a store team, overseeing merchandise and task associates, with focus on planograms, inventory life cycle, and compliance. This role emphasizes coaching, guest experience, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The OM will drive scheduling, budgeting, and performance, while championing Ulta’s mission and standards to deliver excellent service and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail management.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, executing merchandising directives, and achieving operational excellence.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team and leading others through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule to maximize productivity within budget; communicate needs to GM.
• Review financial/operational reports and respond to findings.
• Lead makeup, skincare demos to drive sales and guest service.
