• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate a team, adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to plan scheduling and staffing within payroll limits.
• Analyze financial and store reports and respond to audit results.
• Lead makeup applications and guest service experiences to drive sales.
• Provide ongoing training and development to staff and foster talent growth.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and SOPs.
