Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store's performance, people, and processes. You will drive top-line sales, manage inventory life cycle, planograms, and staff development while upholding Ulta Beauty standards.

As OM you will coach a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, oversee scheduling, training, and compliance, and partner with leadership to deliver a guest-friendly experience and profitable store operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent; lead and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance, sales, and inventory results through people and processes.
• Develop staff, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, scheduling, and attendance.
• Communicate with field leadership on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
