Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Oversee scheduling using forecasts to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
