The OM will oversee staffing, scheduling, planograms, inventory life cycle activities, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving sales and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
