Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience.
• Financial management, payroll budgeting, and expense control experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Review financial and operational reporting and take timely actions.
• Lead through the team to ensure training, development, and performance.
• Manage realignments, planograms, inventory life-cycle processes, and compliance.
