Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Assist with store scheduling and budgeting to maximize productivity within payroll limits.
• Review financial and operational data and react to trends.
• Lead makeup, skincare and product demos to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products and ingredients to serve guests.
