Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an experienced retail operations leader to manage donated merchandise and drive sales while controlling expenses. You will supervise store staff, ensure excellent donor/customer service, and uphold safety and SOP policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, and meeting sales goals. A 21+ driver’s license and strong English communication are required to support community-based programs and growth.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is preferred.
• Associates degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience managing 20+ employees.
• 2 years in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be 21 years old and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate and supervise store personnel.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and resolve complaints.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and review daily reports and payroll.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and SOPs.
