Job summary

Burlington Stores in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations. You will model leadership, protect assets, and drive results while developing strong teams and partnerships with staff.

You will supervise receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy, serve as MOD, and assist in staffing, training, and succession planning. Travel may be required; a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price/big box/multi-unit retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and professional conduct.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs, and manage the receiving process with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive results with customers and staff.
• Assist in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning; communicate with district/regional teams.
