• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register for purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and ensure proper product presentation.
• Support financial integrity: cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, overrides.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
