Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating, and display setup.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and paperwork; support planograms and store appearance.
• Ensure cashier integrity, cash handling, deposits, and adherence to security procedures.
• Assist store operations in the manager's absence.
