Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork and losses.
• Implement and maintain planograms; ensure proper product presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits and cash control.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
