Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, restocking, and building displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash controls; handle refunds and deposits.
• Assist with planograms and store presentation per Store Manager direction.
• Support Store Manager in their absence and act as manager on duty.
