Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cashier functions and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, displays, and planograms per direction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, and scans; perform deposits.
