Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes for receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by managing damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure product presentation aligns with standards.
• Support store financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; assist in refunds and overrides.
• Cover store management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
