Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise with receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages and markdowns.
• Support planogram implementation and store presentation.
• Ensure cash control; authorize refunds and deposits under supervision.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
