Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead in-store operations, labor planning, and inventory control. You will manage scheduling, training, vendor relationships, and store processes to ensure a consistent customer experience across our Louisville locations.

You will oversee HR tasks, adherence to SOPs, shrink and loss prevention, and development of a high-performing team of associates. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR-related tasks like timesheets, leave requests, and attendance.
• Develop and coach Associates to maintain a high standard of customer experience.
