Job summary

• Oversee labor budgets, store expenses, shrink goals, and inventory accuracy.
• Accept ownership of ServiceNow tickets and timely resolution.
• Ensure daily readiness of merchandise and signage on the sales floor.
• Develop staffing plans to maintain top customer experience across departments.
