Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead store operations, merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and inventory control to deliver a consistent customer experience.

You will oversee labor budgeting, scheduling, onboarding, performance coaching, and collaboration with store leadership to drive sales, efficiency, and SOP compliance while fostering a welcoming, service-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

Create a culture of appreciation and recognize top performers to reinforce company values.
Schedule weekly and monthly staffing in line with labor laws and budget considerations.
Train new Associates and leaders on scheduling and our workforce system.
Foster an inclusive work environment and ensure safety, ethics, and compliance across the store.
Lead service culture to enhance customer experience and coach teams accordingly.
Plan staffing to meet business needs and recruit as needed to maintain customer excellence.
Develop and coach Associates, driving product knowledge and store performance.
Conduct weekly department walks to ensure operational excellence and engagement.
