Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You will help drive service standards, revenue, and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Ensure changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations while on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing the labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
