Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, overseeing inventory, and driving service excellence. You will ensure regulatory compliance and a superb customer experience in daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong leadership and cash-handling skills, plus the ability to train a 40+ person team and manage a budget with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Track inventory and manage stock to meet KPIs and daily operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to employees and leadership.
• Coach, train, and develop a 40+ person team to meet service standards.
• Monitor store labor budget and assist in budget planning.
• Handle patient issues and escalations during duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
