Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on staff supervision, inventory control, and meeting key performance metrics in a fast-paced retail setting.

You'll ensure regulatory compliance with state laws, coach a 40+ team, manage flexible hours, and uphold confidentiality. Salary is commensurate with experience and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team; operate electronics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and changes.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
