Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Florida. You will support the General Manager in directing store personnel, inventory processes, and daily operations while upholding regulatory compliance and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail leadership, cash handling experience, and proven ability to train and coach a 40+ member team.

Qualifications

Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
Must have prior cash handling experience.
Must possess ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
Communicate and ensure compliance with all SOPs and relay changes to employees.
Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
Monitor and maintain store inventory.
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
Assist in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
