Kroger Co. is seeking a Store Manager/Operations Leader to coordinate across departments and drive performance at the Dyersburg location.

You will supervise, coach, and develop associates, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards. You will lead merchandising initiatives, monitor KPIs, and partner with department heads to meet sales and profit targets while controlling labor and costs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence store performance
• Proven success driving customer experience, sales growth, and talent development
• Experience managing competing priorities while leading teams through change
• Strong track record of leading strategies delivering measurable improvements across store performance

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience and develop associate interest in customer service/relations
• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising/operating initiatives
• Develop action plans and communicate results to associates based on Associate Insight surveys
• Identify store opportunities with department heads and create timely solutions
• Model high levels of customer service and resolve issues for customers and associates
• Manage total store operations in the store manager's absence
• Support achievement of sales, wage budgets, profit budgets and safety targets
• Drive sales with department managers to maximize profits and minimize shrink
• Participate in store-level financial discussions including budgeting and expense analysis
• Coordinate with field staff to achieve sales and profit goals and execute merchandising plans
• Build relationships with community organizations and employees involved in bargaining when applicable
• Communicate essential information to staff and serve as liaison to district managers
• Assist in staffing, reduce turnover, and provide performance feedback
