Responsibilities

• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and employee training.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and develops relationships to drive brand awareness and store traffic.
• Assists with inventory management, scheduling, payroll, BOPIS, Ship by Store and budgets to increase profitability.
• Leads by example, follows all processes and looks for ways to streamline operations.
• Acts as the sales leader on the floor, builds customer relationships and supports the team.
