Job summary

James Avery Artisan Jewelry is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Barton Creek Square Mall, Austin, TX. This full-time hourly management role supports the Store Manager to foster a customer- and product-focused sales culture, maintain brand standards, and drive profitability.

You will assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and promotions, while leading by example on the shop floor and keeping the store organized for a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and retail experience.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and relationship-building ability.
