Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field plus three years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control and visual presentation techniques.
• Ability to direct the activities of the retail stores to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages and directs the activities of the retail store to achieve optimal results.
• Approves supply expenditures and manages store expenses within budget.
• Prepares and reviews the Leadership team schedule using the electronic scheduling system.
• Recruits, selects, and onboard team members and trains retail associates.
• Addresses guest concerns and ensures leadership team is trained to address guest concerns.
• Manages inventory processes including cycle counting, adjustments, and shipping/receiving.
• Monitors compliance with company policies and reports violations.
• Plans and conducts regularly scheduled store meetings and annual inventory.
• Delivers performance evaluations and supports employee development.
• Maintains strong communication of goals, sales plans and performance metrics.
