• Associate’s Degree in a related field; two years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and employee training and development.

• Oversee inventory management, scheduling, payroll, BOPIS, Ship by Store, and budgets.
• Lead by example, follow policies, and seek efficiency improvements.
• Serve as sales leader on the floor, develop the team, increase revenue.
