Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management with in-store supervision and directing personnel.
• Lead associates to deliver high-quality customer service on the sales floor.
• Resolve guest issues and monitor guest service levels; provide feedback as needed.
• Oversee inventory processes including cycle counts and receiving shipments.
• Assist in store opening and closing duties and coordinate staff training.
• Support in store meetings, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies.
