Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs daily store operations to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Oversees hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees.
• Monitors budget and store expenses to stay within financial targets.
• Reviews and approves leadership team schedules and changes.
• Leads opening/closing activities and financial processes.
• Manages inventory processes including cycle counts and receiving.
• Develops action plans for policy and visual standards compliance.
• Conducts performance evaluations and provides coaching.
