Job summary

Trulieve, a leading cannabis retailer, seeks a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leading store personnel and daily operations. You will drive performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires previous retail leadership, strong cash handling skills, and excellent communication with customers and staff. Flexible hours, 40-hour work week, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Experience with cash handling required.
• Strong interpersonal and confidential communications.
• Ability to speak English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic staff supervision.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and enforce SOPs; inform staff of changes.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
