Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in leadership of store personnel, ensure efficient daily operation, and deliver exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel.

• Open/close procedures and supervise staff and retail processes.
• Coach, train, and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
