Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Morehead City, NC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff leadership. You will ensure customer service excellence, supervise POS procedures, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

• Lead merchandising efforts, floor presentation and promotional signage.
• Monitor payroll-related tasks and staff scheduling within policy.
• Support training and development of direct reports and enforce operational standards.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and assume responsibilities in their absence.
